Energy Search Associates guarantees the performance of each employee provided by Energy Search Associates. We guarantee that every employee assigned is qualified in the skills specified in your job order.
If you are not completely satisfied with the employee assigned to your company, notify Energy Search Associates and a replacement will be sent.
Energy Search Associates guarantees, for each evaluation-hire order received, to provide an employee to successfully complete the assignment (become an employee of Client) within two placements (national average is three [source: NATSS]). Each placement beyond the second will be billed at cost (Payroll Modifier: 1.15).
If you should choose to hire a “candidate” as a permanent employee initially, you agree to pay Energy Search Associates a fee equal to a % of his/her first year gross annual salary. If a “candidate” should leave your company within 60 days of his/her start date, for any reason, Energy Search Associates agrees to grant your company a free replacement.
