Clark Conine
President and
Senior Search Consultant

Clark Conine was born in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and graduated from Texas Tech with a Business degree in 1993. After graduating from Tech, Clark went on to manage the Dallas and Fort Worth branches for a Staffing firm that specialized in the Healthcare arena until he started the parent company for Energy Search Associates in 1998. The company began focusing specifically on placing Upstream Oil and Gas Professionals in 2003.
Clark enjoys hunting, golf, tennis and spending time with his wife, daughter and son. He has a farm in Southeast Oklahoma where he loves to spend time farming, hunting, relaxing and fishing. Clark is an active member of his church where he regularly contributes his time to House on the Corner (the church's version of Habitat for Humanity). Clark and his family also are involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters, United Special Sportsman's Alliance, Soldier's Angels and the Frisco Food Pantry.

Clayton Conine
Senior Search Consultant |
Clayton Conine joined Energy Search Associates in 2002. Clayton has been a recruiter for almost a decade. He began his recruiting career with Maxim Healthcare recruiting accredited nurses. As an integral part of the team, Clayton helped Maxim Dallas and then Maxim Ft. Worth become the #1 branches for revenue. Clayton's career eventually moved into a generalist role that allowed him to work across many different fields, and be exposed to many different industries.
The experience to work with a variety of different industries and professionals was invaluable. It also provided clarity and respect for the next phase of his career with Energy Search Associates, finding himself immersed in a niche working with oil and gas professionals and learning the nuances that make the industry so unique. Because of this fascination with the industry he attends as many industry events as possible to learn about the industry and meet new people. Clayton prides himself on building solid relationships. Besides spending time with his wife and two young daughters, Clayton is very involved with his church and community. He enjoys bow hunting, bird hunting, fishing, grilling/smoking, sports and photography.

Allegra Bynoe
Search Consultant

Prior to joining to Energy Search Associates in 2007, Allegra Bynoe spent eight years working as a group sales and business development associate for the Mark Travel Corporation and eight years as manager of a small travel agency in her home town of Taos, New Mexico. During that time she acquired the skills necessary to have excellent long term relationships with her clients, as well as the vendors she worked with.
Allegra links business and life's successes to honesty, trustworthiness and flexibility. She is actively involved in the oil and gas community and is eager to meet as many folks in the industry as possible. With her free time Allegra likes to work on community projects, listen to and play music, read, scuba dive, travel, camp, and spend a fun evening with friends.

Karen Fishkind
Operations Administrator

Karen Fishkind joined Energy Search Associates as Operations Administrator in 2009. Karen entered the search consulting business in 1998. From 1998 to 2009 Karen was a Staffing Consultant at J MAR & Associates, specializing in the Oil and Gas industry. Her strengths are client and candidate relations, research and attention to detail. Prior experience includes 10 years practicing marketing consulting and research, including five years as Associate Director of a marketing consulting firm.
Karen received her BBA from the University of Texas at Austin, and her MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. Outside of work Karen enjoys spending time with her husband and sons, extended family and friends, cooking/baking, reading, going to movies, and traveling including frequenting bed and breakfasts.
